anyone else getting less over all damage with weapons equiped?

i've noticed with certain weapons now i do less damage with them than without a weapon not the weeding hoe or gathering knife i mean with battleswords and shortswords giving less overall damage than my fists

What does your character screen say your damage is with and without weapons on? And what skills and monsters are you testing your damage with?

Well, I haven't noticed lower damage output, but this morning my dex dropped to 11 while I was getting Bash to r1. Idk how, but even after I took off my armor, it was still pretty low, 35 I think. Without my armor, my dex is 212, and it falls to 130 otherwise, but that massive drop was completely uncalled for.

Yes i been noticing on Vier. I was able to kill a few things in a elite SM faster bare handed then with my weapons
