I find myself extremely interested in the musical aspect of MS2. It might become the main thing that keeps me in the game. 

While I haven't worked with this kind of code, I already read music, so I'm planning on learning a bit and composing. Well....I say that, but I'm pretty lazy, so we'll see how it actually pans out. I'm looking forward to the growing score library and implementation of the in-game piano roll feature.

What do you know, I have enough motivation to do this after all. 

It took a bit of head-banging-on-wall, but one of the first things I learned is that 3MLE automatically syncs the tempo based on what's in the first track, but the actual player in MS2 does not. So, you need to add the tempo change to each harmony. A song can sound perfect on this site, but be off in game. I hope I'm not out of line in reposting Shelter for that.
