Not bad

Dunno about for piano (like the preview) but it sounds much better when played on Violin/Sax/Trombone. The file itself is fine as long as you pick something that can hold notes. What was the instrument the original midi was for? Honestly even though it's a pretty minimal song, a duet so that there's variance between vocals and bg would be a good way to go.

Sounds very poorly.
