Issues with pitch and clipboard

TL;DR: 2 issues, with pitch of imported file AND copying to clipboard.

I wanted to import a track I dl'd from a website (see screenshot at the end of the post for the relevant file) into the 3MLE for MS2. Before I did, I listened to the entire thing to verify the MIDI quality and was satisfied. Upon import into and playback within the 3MLE, I noticed the pitches to some of the higher register notes had been pitched down while others were not. Can anyone else verify what sort of bug this is and how to rectify?

Second issue was with exporting to clipboard. I'm pretty sure the track as a whole fits within allowed limits, but when I check for errors, there is no feedback as to how far past the limit the track strays, if at all.
