Expanded Age Selection and/or Height Slider

Would be nice to be able to adjust height based on what is available ingame, either in the case of Age Selection or via a Height Slider Alternatively could consider adding Height-Boosting Insoles, but this is only available for Male characters (unsure if this is something that could be "bypassed" to function with Female characters)
