Staggering Winds is a fanmade(?) Deltarune ARG. This song in particular is an alternate take on Empty Town from the official Deltarune OST. I did everything I possibly could on the technical side of things here: Chimes will play the most relevant parts, Chorus only enhances the song and is not required. So use this in freestyle jams all you want, it should do fine.
Due to the wide range of octaves used, this is best played on Tuned Whistle or Lyre; Harp and Piano are fine as well (but miss out on Chorus), Lute/Mando/Uke and their Festival variants are "good enough", and basically everything else is not very great. Especially avoid Violin, Cello, and Elec Guitar (sorry to all the niche instrument fans).
