Update the Filter Option

Currently we can Filter Submissions by

Rank AND Instrument.

 

However, I doubt any of us want to every time only check out songs of one Rank AND one Instrument at the same time.

I think it would be much more useful to filter by

Rank AND/OR Instrument.

It is a big difference.

For example, go to Music Hall->Video Game.

The Option is there, on a section in the right.

However, the Option isnt there if you choose Music Hall->Solo.

Weird.

Ooh~ Thank you!  Though I agree, it's pretty weird that it isn't in the main section.
