Harp instrument choice on submissions.

Now that harps are available on 3MLE, I think the next step is to make harp songs submittable on this site.

Some people have been submitting Harp songs under Lyre. And even if they try to denote the song as a Harp song, it's still quite misleading. I haven't submitted my lone Harp song yet because of that.

Are we going to have that availability soon?
