I found a video of the song being played in Synthesia, but I'm hopeless at composing and would love if someone could give me a hand. Ar tonelico music is beautiful and the series means a lot to me, so I'd love to be able to play this song. I'm trying to save mesos at the moment, so I don't mind having it truncated to 5k notes if it's longer than that.

I'm very pleased to say that I was able to make it myself, thanks to the sheet music I found! Even cut down to only the first half, it's over 7500 notes. I did manage to make a full-length version, but I had to sacrifice a few of the harmonies to do it and wasn't happy with how it sounded.
