Comments on Submissions

I feel like we should get comments on submissions to make the website more Community friendly?

Sure you can review peoples submissions but you can't talk back and forth unless you go onto their profile, etc.

just a thought.

We used to have this enabled, but then people started asking us which they were supposed to use and what the real difference was between them so I removed it in an update when we did the skin changes. I could technically turn it back on though if enough people wanted it.
